What is ISV Accelerator – Road to Revenue?

The ISV Accelerator - Road to Revenue program is designed to help ISVs leverage the rich assets and resources of the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) as well as introduce best practices for growth strategies. The ISV Accelerate – Road to Revenue program answers the following questions:

 - How do we maximize the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN)?
 - How do we partner more effectively with Microsoft?
 - How do we build better Go-to-Market initiatives?
 - How do we stay on top of
     New programs,
      Microsoft requirements,
      Digital assets that will help us grow,
      Methods to grow our pipeline faster,
      Easy ways to incorporate this knowledge into our already busy       schedules

Program Goals – By the end of the 8 coaching sessions, you should have your own Microsoft roadmap developed, be confident using the MPN portal, understand and be proficient at social selling and online selling methods and have new prospects identified in your pipeline.

  • Is there a cost for this program?
    No, this program is fully funded by Microsoft.

    Who are the right people to attend this coaching program?
    This program is a great fit for:
         -Business Development - The person who manages your Microsoft relationship.
         -Marketing – The person responsible for lead generation and content creation.
         -Sales – Direct sellers and inside sales representatives.

  • How many people can attend this program from my organization?
    We encourage you to register two people from your company. We find you will have greater success if there are two people supporting each other through the process.
    Alternatively, you might want to set up this program as an internal training program and have several people attend from a single location – a meeting room – in your office.
  • How much time will this take?
    In addition to the one hour coaching program every other week, the exercises will take about an hour a week to complete but they are designed to produce output that you can use in your business.
